Limbahq is a payment technology platform designed to help users manage supported wallets, send and receive money, make QR payments, and access other payment-related digital services.

Limbahq is operated by Nemrod Concept sàrl. Limbahq is not presented as a bank and does not provide banking services unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

By accessing or using Limbahq, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Limbahq.

Certain services may be subject to additional age, identity, geographic, compliance, or regulatory requirements.

You may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Limbahq may allow users to access wallets denominated in supported currencies.

Available currencies, services, limits, and functionality may vary by user, country, provider, or technical availability.

Limbahq may add, remove, suspend, or modify supported currencies or payment methods when reasonably necessary.

Users may be able to send, receive, request, convert, or otherwise move supported funds through Limbahq.

Before confirming a payment or transfer, you are responsible for checking the recipient, amount, currency, and other transaction details.

Once a transaction has been completed or transmitted to an external provider, reversal may not always be possible.

Limbahq may provide QR-based payment and payment-request functionality.

You are responsible for verifying payment details before approving a QR payment request.

You should not scan or approve QR codes from sources you do not trust.

Where currency conversion is available, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be displayed or made available before confirmation where reasonably possible.

Exchange rates may change over time and may be provided by Limbahq or third-party providers.

Certain services may be subject to fees.

Where a fee applies, Limbahq will seek to make the relevant fee information available before the user confirms the applicable transaction or service.

Some Limbahq features may rely on third-party payment, banking, communications, verification, infrastructure, or technology providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, limits, availability, and processing times.

Limbahq is not responsible for events that are exclusively caused by a third-party provider and are outside Limbahq's reasonable control.

You must not use Limbahq for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, integrity, availability, or technical infrastructure of Limbahq.

Limbahq may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Limbahq uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and user information.

No digital service can guarantee absolute security. Users should use strong credentials, protect their devices, and remain alert to phishing and fraud.

Limbahq aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical incidents, third-party outages, security measures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limbahq may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, legal requirements, misuse of the service, or material breach of these Terms.

Users may stop using Limbahq at any time, subject to any pending obligations, transactions, or legal requirements.

Limbahq, its visual identity, software, interfaces, content, trademarks, logos, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Limbahq materials except where permitted by law or authorized in writing.

The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Limbahq Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limbahq and Nemrod Concept sàrl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Limbahq may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Where changes materially affect users' rights or obligations, reasonable notice may be provided when required.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Limbahq after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nemrod Concept sàrl and the operation of the Limbahq service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user's jurisdiction.
